Talent is Not Enough.
Talent is not enough.
You need discipline.
You need dedication.
You need character.
More men have failed, not for lack of talent but for lack of character.
When Parents Get Old …
Let them grow old with the same love that they let you grow … let them speak and tell repeated stories with the same patience and interest that they heard yours as a child … let them overcome, like so many times when they let you win … let them enjoy their friends just as they let you … let them enjoy the talks with their grandchildren, because they see you in them … let them enjoy living among the objects that have accompanied them for a long time, because they suffer when they feel that you tear pieces of this life away … let them be wrong, like so many times you have been wrong and they didn’t embarrass you by correcting you …
LET THEM LIVE and try to make them happy the last stretch of the path they have left to go; give them your hand, just like they gave you their hand when you started your path!
(“Honor your mother and father and your days shall be long upon the earth”.)
Truth behind Covid
This is why the Fifth Agreement is so powerful: “Be skeptical, but listen.”
Having an open mind doesn’t mean just any old thing can walk in and take over. You must have guardians at the gate of your mind while maintaining the willingness to accept new information.
Be mindful of who you’re around and what you absorb. Be resilient. Be authentically you. Listen to God and your intuition.
What is happening today in communication and the media is this in real time.
Choose wisely what you listen to.
Know Everything
When people talk listen completely. Don’t be thinking what you’re going to say. Most people never listen. Nor do they observe. You should be able to go into a room and when you come out know everything that you saw there and not only that. If that room gave you any feeling you should know exactly what it was that gave you that feeling.

Be Humble; It Costs Nothing
Dolly Chaiwalla once said: “At the peak of my career, I was traveling on an airplane.
A simple, unassuming gentleman in a big shirt and pants sat next to me. He looked like someone from the middle class and well-educated.
Other passengers recognized me and were chatting with me, but this gentleman seemed unaware of my presence. He was quietly mumbling to himself, occasionally glancing out of the window. When tea was served, he sipped it in silence.
I smiled at him, trying to start a conversation. He looked at me, smiled politely, and said, ‘Hello.’
We started talking, and I brought up tea and reels, asking, ‘Do you watch reels?’
The gentleman replied, ‘Oh, very rarely. I watched one many years ago.’
I mentioned that I worked in the chapri industry.
He responded, ‘Oh, that’s nice. What do you do?’
I said, ‘I’m an influenza.’
He nodded, ‘Oh, that’s wonderful!’ and went back to mumbling.
When we disembarked, I shook his hand and said, ‘It was nice traveling with you. By the way, my name is Dolly Chaiwala!’
The gentleman shook my hand with a smile and said, ‘Thank you… it was nice meeting you. I’m MC Stan(the chairman of chapri rap club)!’
That day I learned that no matter how big you think you are, there’s always someone bigger.
Be humble; it costs nothing.
So, my friend, remember to stay humble in your career journey. It doesn’t cost anything, and you never know who you might meet along the way!
